Contract Information

At Roanoke Care and Repair LLC, we offer our customers year round contracts to help keep their minds at ease. Our contracts are flexible and we work with each customer to ensure all their property needs are fulfilled. We offer two levels of contracts: Care Contracts and Repair Contracts.

Our Care Contracts give customers a basic level check on their property. RCR will make sure HVAC systems are working, check for any damage done to the property, winterize or de-winterize the property, alert you of any necessary repairs, and ensure the property is secure with all windows and doors locked.

Our Repair Contracts cover everything listed above and then some, including some basic property upkeep. We will change air filters every 3 months, batteries in appliances and smoke detectors as needed, screw down loose deck boards, clean slider door tracks and other minor repairs necessary.

If more serious or labor intensive issues present, RCR can make the repair for an additional charge or forward the homeowner contact information of trusted vendors if the repair must be done by a licensed contractor. Both Care & Repair contract holders enjoy a 10% discount on all repairs that are not covered by the contracts as well as priority services during storms.

We would like to direct anyone interested in our contracts to contact us via email. You will receive a return email with two sheets: our contract information form and our caretaking checklist. The contract information form helps us to best suite your needs and create a customized plan for your property. The caretaking checklist is a basic checklist we use when doing our caretaking checks. Items can be added to the checklist in order to best fit your homes needs. After each of our checks, we send a copy of your checklist along with pictures of any issues we found.
